I'm in the market for my first Breitling and I really like the looks of the older Colt A17350 models as pictured. Is this a reliable watch? I found a couple posts on here saying it's a little heavy, but it sounds like it is a pretty decent watch overall. Here is my silver dial final generation Colt 41 before Breitling discontinued the series. I currently have it on a first gen rubber Hershey dive strap. However, I'm considering putting it on a leather strap soon. Anyone rocking a leather strap or even a Nato strap on their Colts? Post em here! If so the differences in the SuperOcean and Colt are very minor. The major differences are: Size (SO is 42mm and Colt is 41.1mm). SO is also thicker (15mm vs. 13.3mm) Water resistance (SuperOcean is 5,000ft and Colt is 1,650ft) And though I'm not 100% sure, I think the Colt may be a satin finish instead of the polished finish of the SuperOcean. This is a 2016 or 2017 Breitling Colt 41 Automatic. It came with a tan leather strap when I purchased it new, but I have since tossed that into storage. I bought a few different NATO and silicone straps and this watch has a new life.

I've just purchased a Breitling Colt model no: A53035 I'm happy with it but wanted to change the leather strap to a stainless steel type. After reading through some forums I was led to believe that a 820A would fit. Having located one it was apparent that it would not fit as it had a 20mm lug width. My watch has an 18mm lug width. Very nice piece, definitely a good move by Breitling to bring back the Colt Auto. Since the watch head alone weighs about 96 grams, a leather or rubber strap will definitely make for a lighter package. FS: Breitling Colt 44mm Black Dial Complete Set A1738811/BD44 This Colt comes complete with its inner and outer boxes, manual, booklet, attestation certificate, and warranty card. Condition: The watch is in good condition, showing some signs of wear on the bezel including a few marks and a few small dings.
